She can collaborate with treatment teams and is a strong leader who can lead group therapy sessions, direct nursing staff, and develop therapeutic relationships with patients to support their well-being better.
As a clinical Instructor for Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and DNP Students, Grace is dedicated to assisting future Nurse Practitioners with the necessary clinical skills. She commits her efforts to empower PMHNPs to function independently, all while promoting and supporting excellence in mentorship to Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner graduates.
